Jambon Gris LaChasse is a composer who is ineffably old but has a kid's heart as the videos

he creates to present his work make apparent. He uses his own drawings, paintings and photographs and often that of his friends and heros to enrich the listening experience. He works from his library tucked away in central Italy and draws from his years of musical experience in various lands - Italy, France, Canada and England. He plays the recorder, and is not ashamed of it.
